Motorway driving lessons for qualified drivers and suitable learners in West Edinburgh, focused on joining, lane discipline, planning and leaving safely.
Passing your driving test means you can drive independently, but many new drivers still have limited experience of motorway speeds, slip roads and multi-lane traffic. A focused lesson lets you practise those situations with me beside you before a long journey on your own.
Use slip roads properly, match the flow of traffic, make effective observations and plan the merge or exit early.
Choose the correct lane, overtake safely, use mirrors effectively and move back left when appropriate.
Read signs further ahead, keep safe separation distances and make calmer decisions with faster traffic around you.
Practise motorway routines under supervision so your first independent longer journey does not have to be your first real motorway experience.
Send me your details and I’ll let you know whether I have a suitable lesson slot in your area.
